IVF Clinics Handle the Cycle. We Handle Everything Else.

IVF clinics are excellent at the medical cycle: stimulation, retrieval, lab, transfer. What most clinics don't have the bandwidth for is the 90 days before the cycle (egg quality), the lining prep between retrieval and transfer, the day-to-day nutrition and stress through the cycle, and the support during the 2WW.

That gap is where many cycles quietly underperform. Egg quality is set in the 90 days before retrieval. Endometrial receptivity is shaped in the weeks before transfer. Both are influenceable by nutrition, sleep, thyroid, insulin, inflammation and stress, things that simply don't fit inside a 15-minute IVF clinic visit.

At Fertilia, Dr. Suganya Venkat works alongside your IVF specialist, never overriding their protocol, only filling the gap around it. We start by identifying which stage of the journey you're in (pre-stimulation, peri-retrieval, pre-transfer, 2WW, or between cycles) and the plan is built around that stage so every week of the program is moving the needle on whatever matters most right now.

What's Included

Your 90-Day Program

1

IVF Stage Assessment

We identify exactly where you are (pre-stimulation, between retrieval and transfer, in the 2WW, or between cycles) and design the protocol around that stage.

2

Egg Quality Protocol (90-Day Prep)

Antioxidant, CoQ10, sleep, thyroid and insulin optimisation in the 90-day window before retrieval, the only window in which egg quality can meaningfully shift.

3

Endometrial Receptivity Plan

Nutrition, blood-flow, anti-inflammatory and lifestyle protocol to prepare a receptive lining before embryo transfer.

4

Mind-Body & Stress Support

Cycle-day check-ins, 2WW emotional support, breathwork and habit coaching to lower cortisol load through the most stressful weeks.

5

Coordinated with Your IVF Specialist

We work alongside your IVF doctor's protocol, never overriding medication or timing. You stay with your clinic; we handle the 90% they don't have bandwidth for.

6

Daily WhatsApp + Cycle Check-ins

Direct access to Dr. Suganya's team for day-to-day questions, symptom checks, and reassurance across the cycle.

What your 90 days feel like

You won't be walking this alone

The hardest part of a health journey was never the first day. It's the evening in week six when work runs late, the festival week when every plan goes sideways, the morning the motivation just isn't there. That's the moment most people are left to manage on their own. It's the exact moment we don't leave you.

Built around you, and it keeps changing

Your plan is shaped to your body, your routine, and your life, never a template. As the weeks unfold and things shift, the plan shifts with you.

The hard days are part of it

A missed week, a stretch of travel, a low patch. None of it means you've failed. It means it's time to tell us, so we can adjust and keep you moving.

You're never figuring it out alone

If the plan feels hard, we change it. If you're overwhelmed, we're on WhatsApp. If a new concern comes up, the doctor is right here. Someone is always beside you.

This was never about being perfect for 90 days. It's about not being alone while you stay consistent, and that's the part that actually changes things.

Common Questions

About IVF Support, Honestly Answered

By Dr. Suganya Venkat, OB-GYN with 15+ years of clinical experience.

Can lifestyle changes actually improve IVF success rates?

Within the range biology allows, yes, and the evidence is strongest for the things people underestimate: egg and sperm quality, metabolic health, and the uterine environment. Your fertility specialist runs the medical cycle, the stimulation, the retrieval and the transfer. What lifestyle work adds is the 60 to 90 days of preparation underneath it: steadier blood sugar and insulin, healthier weight where that matters, an anti-inflammatory diet, sleep and calmer stress. None of it replaces what your clinic does. It gives the cycle its best chance to work. This is exactly what our IUI and IVF prep plan covers.

How long before IVF should I start preparing?

About 60 to 90 days. That window matters because it takes roughly three months for a batch of eggs to mature and for sperm to fully regenerate, so the changes you make now are the ones influencing the eggs and sperm your cycle will actually use. Earlier is even better if you have the time, but three months is the meaningful minimum. If your retrieval or transfer is sooner than that, preparing is still worth it. We simply focus on the levers that act fastest.

Can I improve egg quality before IVF?

You cannot change how many eggs you have, but egg quality responds to the environment the eggs mature in, and that is influenceable. The pieces with the best evidence are metabolic health (insulin, thyroid, vitamin D), an antioxidant-supportive diet, sleep and lower inflammation, with specific supplements like CoQ10 used where your doctor agrees they fit. No honest plan promises a set number of good embryos. What a good plan does is remove the modifiable things working against you. Our egg-quality guide explains what is evidence-based and what is not.

What should I do between failed IVF cycles?

First, be gentle with yourself. A failed cycle is exhausting and it is not a verdict on you. Then the useful next step is an honest review with your specialist of what is modifiable before the next attempt: metabolic markers, weight where it is relevant, the lining, thyroid and vitamin D, alongside daily lifestyle. A 60 to 90 day re-prep in that gap is often where the difference is made, and several of the women we have supported conceived on the cycle after a considered pause. The pause is not delay. It is walking into the next transfer with fewer things stacked against you.

Does diet affect embryo transfer success?

Diet does not decide a transfer on its own, but it shapes the ground the transfer lands on. In the weeks before transfer, steady blood sugar, enough protein, an anti-inflammatory pattern built around your own kitchen and good hydration all support a receptive lining and calmer inflammation. Around the transfer and through the two-week wait, the priority shifts to consistency and lower stress rather than anything drastic. We build this around South Indian home food, not an imported fertility diet.

Does Fertilia's IVF support replace my fertility clinic?

No, and it is not meant to. Your fertility clinic and reproductive specialist run the medical side: the protocol, the medications, the monitoring, the retrieval and the transfer. Fertilia adds the layer they rarely have time for, the nutrition, metabolic health, lifestyle and week-to-week support that prepares your body for the cycle and holds you through it. We work alongside your clinic's plan, never against it, and we will always point you back to your specialist when a question is a medical one.
