Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fertilia Health is operated by Fertilia Health Private Limited. This page explains how payments, rescheduling and refunds work for our online consultations and programs, so you know exactly where you stand before you pay.

Payments are non-refundable

Once a consultation or program has been paid for, the fee is not refundable. This includes changing your mind, cancelling, or choosing not to continue a program after it has started. Progress varies from woman to woman, so refunds are not based on results. If you have any questions, please ask us before you pay. We are happy to help you decide.

When we will refund you

If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, you will get your money back:

  • we cancel your consultation and cannot offer another time that works for you;
  • a technical problem on our side stops your consultation and we cannot reschedule it;
  • we are unable to continue a program you have paid for, in which case we refund the part not yet delivered;
  • you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, by mistake.

Rescheduling a consultation

You can move a consultation to another time by letting us know at least 24 hours before it. If a consultation is missed without notice, it counts as delivered and the fee is not refunded.

How to ask, and how refunds are paid

Email drsuganyavenkat@fertilia.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99402 70499 with your name and payment details. We will reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are started within 5 working days and go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account). Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it. For international bank transfers, we refund the amount we received; bank transfer and currency conversion charges are not refundable.

Grievance Officer

If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, please contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
